Here I want to introduce you one example of striking poster which can make you read the whole article about it.

Look at this article, or actually at a poster from the billboard described in the article. It looks quite disgusting and shocking. Is it really what you think it is? Impossible.

I couldn’t understand everything in it without using a dictionary.
But I’ve done “some homework”, so now you can use the list of words with theirs definition for better understanding the poster’s and the article’s text:

dairy

cheeky

bodily fluids

ditch

wreak havoc

Day #9 Me and the news part 2

As I wrote last time newspapers websites can give you a lot of interesting materials. Thay can be useful but only on one condition – the news must be interesting for you.

I’m a fan of the last BBC TV drama "Sherlock Holmes". Yes, that one with Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman. So news like that is really interesting for me:

Sometimes an information is so intriguing that you can’t resist to read the whole text, just because you want to know what is all about. Here is an example with a little strange photo which struck my attention.

Day #8 Me and the news part 1

I discovered that reading news can be fun. But you have to find your favourite source of information. First I recommend you newspapers websites. Be careful what kind of newspaper you choose – I’ve had an episode with one of the tabloids and this was a disaster. Really.

Choosing only one from them will be enough. I advise you to like it on Facebook. For me this way of subscribing the news was the best. On Facebook I could see not only the title of the article but also a photo and a short description. It was very helpful for choosing the most interesting piece of news. I also could read it everywhere I wanted just by using my mobile phone.
